I am a true smokehouse junkie and I cannot resist pulling off the highway when I see someplace I haven't tried before and I usually end up spending an obscene amount of money on thier meats and usually their jarred stuff like salsa, pickles, etc. I am a sucker for good smoked bacon, ham, and jerky. Sadly, my travels rarely venture off I-45, I-10, or 290. I would like to hear of some your favorite smokehouses, Texas or otherwise.
