I hope guys like Jamarcus McFarland, Kevin Brent & Craig Loston of the 09' class took a good long look at this game.

I hope guys like Jackson Jeffcoat, Reggie Wilson, Cory Nelson, & Joseph Okafor pf the 10' class saw how Muschamp's Boys played.

Take notice gentlemen. The Horns are very good and gonna get better due to their youth, scheme and style.

AND.... winning with great coaching, and team attitude.

What was displayed this afternoon was solid old-fashion football. Attitude, effort, leadership, coaching before and during the game; year-long preparation, quality of program, character and ability of the players.

I felt OU had the better offense and better team for several quarters and wasn't sure the Longhorns could pull a Carp Diem and "sieze the moment" -- but what happened was a thing to behold.

NO need to go to OU anymore for (a) championships, and (b) coaching.

Put that to rest right now.

The national attention can only be a good thing. It seems the rest of the country has finally come around to accepting what we already know....Texas is #1.

Here's hoping that Derek Kennard saw how Orakpo ripped up ou's "supposed" all-world tackle.

Can't imagine even the most optimistic Sooner can feel more bullish on OU vs Texas right now. 3 of 4 win a national title and a much younger team. Good chance to have 8 wins in 10 years against Stoops if he stays around.

The exposure from being on National TV is awesome. In the past, we lose to OU and never recover because the rest of our games aren't national.

This win makes the Mizzou game National, too. We've got to keep it up!!!

Well, we did outscore and outplay Oklahoma for 3 of the 4 quarters of the game. So I would say overall, 1st quarter aside, we beat OU hands down.
