They aren't free. I don't need Monster cables. Just 6 foot. I heard from someone a good place to get them a while back but I can't remember now. I have googled online but wasn't sure if there was anything better.

I found some super cheap on ebay. Too good to be true?

Good call.
How do I know which one to get? I only need one to go from the TV to the Blu Ray player...

What he said. That $3.55 cable will do everything the $100 Monster will, unless your setup cost upwards of $100K, in which case you don't need to look for ways to save money on an HDMI cable...

Used Monoprice for a while... Great cables... Got the in-wall ones even thought they were for regular use... Cheap and good quality.

Between my DVD player, HT receiver, in wall about 16 feet and projector along with two HDMI plates, I have all Monoprice stuff.

Works great and super cheap comparatively. I also have a great TV mount from them for a bedroom TV that's sturdy as all get out and was a 1/3 the cost of retail stores.

I agree with Homebrew...Blue Jeans makes some wonderful cables. I just switched out all my monoprice cables for made to measure Blue Jean Cables. I've also been using their speaker and subwoofer cables.
