Best Over the counter Cold Medicine

So I am sporting a sinus/cold right now and am trying to get it cleared as soon as possible. I leave on a plane tomorrow for Mississippi for a family thing and I know it won't be cleared by then, but what is the best over the counter cold/sinus medicine to help speed this thing out of my system?

I have been taking some of this Airborne stuff and then one Levaquin last night (don't have anymore). Lots of water and OJ too. I was thinking about going to get some Theraflu Cold and Sinus. My sleep length hasn't been that great, which I hope to rectify tonight. I might take some Affrin with me if I am too congested before the flight.

I always use the generic of Tylenol Cold Severe Congestion if it's really bad like that.

Too late to help you now but....Alka Seltzer Night Time cold medicine is great. Drys you up and knocks you out.

Tylenol Cold (or flu) and a MEGA-dose of Vitamin C 2-3 times a day.

I bought Claritin D at the grocery store tonight and took one almost an hour ago. I need to get some sleep now. I am feeling better. We will see how tomorrow turns out. Thanks for the tips all.
