Rice pitcher: we’re ready to kick some butt

Mike Ojala, a senior for Rice, pitched his first complete game Sunday afternoon, beating Louisiana-Lafayette 9-1 in an elimination game in the NCAA Tournament Austin Regional.
Now Rice faces Texas tonight, and Ojala is confident.
“Our offense is best in the country, so is our defense,” Ojala said. “We’ve got a lot of great arms left. Our offense is rolling. Our defense is rolling. We’re ready to kick some butt.”
