..trail of dead is playing a late show at emo's the same evening further seems forever and the kicks are playing an early show at emo's, i could be at emo's for over 8 hrs, that's like a work day or somethin.
went to the parish for ac newman yesterday, frikkin awesome pop show.

In fairness to the Erwin Center upgrades, was the show you saw pre or post renovations. I noticed a big difference in just the PA system alone after the renovations. I assume and hope they took sound into consideration for concerts as well. Also, the Beasties are great performers. I have seen them several times to include when they were hardcore punk (still had Kate) in the band as well as what they are now. They bring a great sound system so they will do their part in making it loud.

I say go for sure. My bet is you won't be disappointed. Too bad they don't throw marshmallows at the crowd like in the early 80s to show they had a soft side.

pretty ******* good. i'm not very objective, but they ****** me up.

it wasn't just a show either, it was a big ******* party put on by camel cigarettes. there was a burlesque show going on with a couple of dj's spinning. you missed out.
