I have never really been into the tear-jerker videos or motivational stuff but with a baby on the way I find myself really into this stuff lately. I guess starting to really appreciate things a little more...

I watched The Last Lecture this morning and started looking for similar videos. I found this list which has some good stuff on it. The strongest dad and the autism basketball kid are my favorites.
