Best Ceviche in Town?

NOT Manuel's in the Arboretum.

But I will follow this thread because I would like to know too.

Cafe clandestine turns out some pretty choice stuff. It's not open to the public, though.

Seriously, you can make stuff every bit as good as that which you can get in any restaurant. Check out Rusty's Grill for more info.

Curra's on Burnet was my go to spot - Salmon and Octopus Ceviche - YUM! I live North/Central so with them closing down, I guess I may need to look into Rusty's Grill for suggestions.

el chile on manor is pretty good, as is las palomas in westlake. Manuel's isn't too bad. Their campechana is pretty damn good.

I had a "japanese ceviche" at uchi that was out of this world. One of the top 5 things I have ever eaten.

I don't remember exactly what they called it of even if it was a permanent menu item, but it was delicious.

That place is probably my favorite restaurant in Austin and I'm not even a huge sushi eater. I eat it maybe once every couple of months.
