I know that plenty of people prefer wine but if you had to drink a beer with a steak, what beer would it be?

Seriously, though, for me it's something heavier, form an amber ale to a bock.

It would honestly depend on how the steak is prepared.

I am probably going to say Guinness here though.

DC--

Of all the Belgian beers I've had, Leffe Brune is still my favorite. And that's saying something because I love many, many Belgian beers.

But I can't find it anywhere in Austin. A couple of months ago, some cruel person told me they had it at Flying Saucer. I went to Flying Saucer. They didn't have it. I was crushed.

I used to see it every now and then at Central Market or Grapevine Market, but the distributor that was importing it decided to stop.

You can find the Leffe Blonde everywhere, but for some reason Leffe Brune is hard to come by in this town.

UTEE, I've only seen Leffe Brune at a Belgian Restaurant and Whole Foods here in Northern Virginia. I've seen Leffe Blond at my local grocery, which is beginning to sell more imported Belgian and German Beers. Maybe its the time of year?

I'm having a difficult time finding Fantome Saison?
