Berts BBQ T-Man

I used to LOVE this place and eat it almost twice a week in college. I hadn't been in about 3 years until yesterday when I was craving a T-Man...

It tasted like sh*t. This used to be the greatest dish ever created. Yesterday I could hardly finish it.

My question to you: Why didn't it taste like it used to?
a) Because I tried the one on Far West.
b) Because they changed the quality of the ingredients.
c) Because I was in college, ate tuna and ramen and didn't know what was good.

I eat them weekly and have done so for over 25 years. Don't see any difference now versus then.

The brisket isn't as lean and the sausage tastes like ***. Beans and the sauce still the same.

On a semi-related note, are they ever going to rebuild the Bert's on MLK? Or build a Bert's somewhere closer to campus than Far West?
