My mistake. I thought it was "UC Berkeley". I didn't realize that it was the city. It appears that they changed their minds.

What a boon for Republicans. They can (and should) propose legislation revoking federal funding for all kinds of **** in Berkeley, and the Dems will be faced with the choice of either siding with Berkeley (but they still support the troops, dontchaknow) or losing their base.
