Belgrade

Well, my trip to Turin got rescheduled and expanded, so now I will also be going to Belgrade. Thanks to all who responded on Turin, but I am wondering if any one has thoughts on Belgrade? I will be there about 3 days, so it is not a lot of time. Any recommendations on sites, restaurants, clubs, etc? Thanks in advance!

I was in Serbia in 2006... stopped only for a few hours in Belgrade.... sorry, don't have any specific recommendations for there.

However, the Serbs were cool... I don't think anyone let me buy a drink for myself the entire week I was in the country... and the Serbian women were hot.

I do know that some of the coolest clubs are not longstanding operational business with signs in the front. They are more like rave set-ups, where you have to know where the party is happening... in places like the top floor of old Soviet era buildings... They are awesome.

Thanks for the reply. Fortunately, this is a business trip, so the company is paying for my drinks. Good to know that everyone was so hospitable.

I do appreciate the tips on the clubs. I am gonna try and drag some colleagues out for an evening for sure. However, since I am married, I'll only be observing these hot women you speak of!
