Bee Caves West / Hill Country Galleria

Anyone know what's going in on that south west corner of 360 and Bee Caves? They have a sign for "Scooter's Coffee House" but I haven't seen any other signs.

Also, other than the official comments on Hill Country Galleria, anyone know what's going in at that place? I couldn't believe that they mowed down everything on the Back Yard side in place of that giant parking lot, but at least the side with the Galleria thing was already pretty baron.

Wouldn't mind a Chuy's or Trudy's or something out there.

Not really sure what all is going out there. I used to have to go to the Lowes out there once or twice a week. All i know is that it is supposed to be over 1M sq ft. of retail space.

Although I haven't been out there in while, I'm very familiar with the project (I appraised it). There are several restaurant pad sites. The last time I was out there no restaurants existed. Most of the planned restaurants are national chains -- sorry!

Interesting. Thanks for the feedback everyone. Wrangler - any idea what those chains are? I'd be more jazzed with a PF Changs or something than another Chilis or Fridays or something.

This town is going nuts. I want Mad Dog and Beans back.....
