Bedlam Predictions

Once again there is a team in this game with a shot at the national championship though it's not the team that it usually is. I'll be pulling for OSU as much as I'll be pulling against having to watch field goal war part two... but despite their enigmatic losses OU has a very good team and I think they take this one.

Stoops knows which side his bread is buttered on and he has no intentions of handing the reins over to their in-state rival. Stoops will run it up on OSU if he's able to and their defense may allow for just that.

OU 41
OSU 24

OU wins and wins comfortably.

Every year I think OSU will give them a game and every year I am wrong so I just accept OU owns Okie State and dont waste time pondering the possibilities beyond that.

OSU wins a close one this year. There's no way they allow mental mistakes to force a repeat of their game with ISU.

Meanwhile, I don't think OU has it in them to recover much more. They looked plain bad in their win last week. I think OSU comes out angry and wins, although not by a lot.

OSU has a loss in between their ears that they need to get rid of. Until the show they can do it, it's OU all the way. Similar to UT vs KSU. The best predictor of the future is the past.

Oklahoma vs Texas & Texas Tech, 2005-present: 6-8

Oklahoma vs Oklahoma State & Texas A&M, 2005-present: 12-1

Not especially relevant to this game, but interesting to note.

OU Defense sux: Sooner Aggy 38 - OU Sux 21.

I see one team starting slow and the other fast.

A blowout, not sure which way. If I was laying money on it I'd go with OU. Their disappearing act won't happen against Texas or OklaState.

My gut tells me to pick OSU - the OU defense can be porous against a good, wide-open offense (see Tceh and Baylor). I won't be surprised to see both teams score in the thirty-point range.

The games in Stillwater are alomost always very close. I think OSU takes it this year but I would be scared to bet it.

Yeah, last year's "Bedlam' battle was a great shoot-out to watch and I think this year's game tomorrow night in Stilly will be Part 2. Only this time, I think the Pokes win it. Remember, how texas Tech finished this season like we did last year with a dismal 5-7 record and even though their bowl game was that 41-38 upset of the Sooners in Norman, the Pokes hung half a hundred on em in Lubbock by halftime.

OSU 28
OU 24.
