Bed and Breakfast spots?

So, wife and I are thinking of taking a weekend bed and breakfast excursion soon. I know Fredericksburg is a hot spot for it, so anyone have any recommendations on places there they have stayed? Anything other than Freds to try?

It's a little longer trip, but the Old Mulberry Inn in Jefferson TX is a nice weekend destination.

If you go, I'd also suggest the Caddo Outback tour of Caddo Lake. Very unique environment and John the owner/guide is a hoot. Check the Jefferson site above for several other things to do.

I always recommend the Inn Above Onion Creek in Kyle, TX.

We've stayed at Settlers Crossing several times and really enjoyed it.
