Baylor @ WVU

About 3 minutes to go in FIRST half, WVU has about 435 yards offense, 41-0.

P.S., half, 41-0, and WVU missed 2 field goals in the first half.

Charlie Brewer on the bench, BUT

First INT hits the WR in the hands and bounces off to DB. Should have been caught for first down.

Second INT featured one of the finest displays of alligator arms you'll ever see. Easily catchable ball that WR refused to go up and get.

Third INT to RB, ball was a little behind him, but he looked like he heard footsteps and didn't reach back for it.

Either two or three wide open Baylor WRs dropped uncontested passes.

Not sure WVU looks that good, but Baylor definitely looks that bad.

Did anyone catch the halftime tease? If you had already turned over to the Texan game, the tease was - is ou the best one loss team in the country?

44-0 early 3rd? .... Horns got Bailers best shot... bearz are dog meat the rest of the season... might, might get 6 wins to a major bowl like: Independence Weedeateter Bowl.

We would have looked this good against Bailor I think if we hadn’t lost Sam on first drive of the game.

Mack said it best to TH when talking about K State, but it fits for most schools. “The team you see on film is not the team you will see on Saturday” it has been true for a few weeks this year.
Dare I even saw it, but yes Maryland too, and add some emotion with the tribute to a fallen player.

Like what we saw last night idk but man wvu was on a mission last night

They were fresh off getting whipped by Iowa State in a game that - as good as Iowa State has been playing - they had no business losing. Holgo called it the worst offensive performance he'd seen in I dunno how many years, but I suspect he was absolutely right and the team was completely unready to play. So Baylor got WV at full attention, and that's what happens.

Baylor got us a week after the biggest win of the season against our arch rival, with absolutely no chance that we were going to get back up to that level of intensity against them. That's why comparing games to games is pretty useless, especially in college.
