Baylor vs Tenn on Tues nite

It's going to be an interesting game to watch on ESPN2. I'm curious as to how effective Tenn's physical play is against Griner and Pope. Without Cain, Tenn will have to work hard to push Griner out of her comfort zone. Cain looked smooth before she was hurt. Hard to tell if she will be back for Tuesday's game.

Another subplot to watch is Tenn's Simmons vs Baylor's Sims. Two outstanding fast, quick guards. Simmons was really impressive in the open court in transition.Haven't seen Sims the UConn game and I imagine she has improved with the experience she has gained.

Babhorn, you are right about that Sims/Simmons matchup. I was impressed by Simmons...she really has the speed! And Sims has been impressive from what I've seen so far.

Cain really looks like she may not have what it takes physically to do much damage this year. I thought that she and Baugh would be able to produce me this year b but they are both still not 100% physically and Tennessee's outside game probably won't be as effective knowing that they can't get to the basket.

Ashley got six blocks on Tenn. Griner could hit double digit blocks.

Very true. I think she had double digits the last time they played them, or at least close. It will be interesting to see if Tenn tries to attack her or avoid her.

wow! watching Cain in the Texas game, I didn't think Griner would be able to block that sweeping hook. Griner just proved me wrong!

wonder if Tenn will come back? Griner is really frustrating them. Impressive first half by the Lady Bears. Sims has looked very good.
