I believe it is the winner of the KSU v Texas game regardless. If KSU wins they are 3-0. If Texas wins there is a 3-way tie and the highest seed moves on. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.

That is correct. Baylor's season is done. It's down to Texas-KSU on this side of the bracket and a 4-way tie on the other.

with 2 wins in tourney (one vs Texas) I would have to say yes, although their record in the last dozen or so games may be different--B12 conference has been high in RPI
