Basketball Courts in Austin

I'm wondering if anyone knows of courts in town with good pick-up games during the week (evenings maybe)? I know there are a ton of austin rec courts around, but people are hardly ever playing.
I can always get a Texas Exes pass for Gregory, but I'd rather not. If anyone knows of some good spots, please let me know.

24hr fitness at hancock always has games from about 6pm on.
The court at peace park (15th and lamar) seems to have some good games.
Weds night games at camp mabry are fun if you can fast talk your way past armed security. Good old timers game.
The court at that park near allendale & shoal creek (name?) often has games.
We used to pick up games next to Trudys near campus, but I don't see people there very often.

Finally: check the b-ball forum.

Thanks for the help. I've also heard that the court at Enfield and Mopac is good, but I guess I never hit it right.

i second 24 Hr Fitness. Monday -Thur starting at 5.

I always heard that Enfield Park at Enfield and Mopac had the best games in town, but I'm all washed up and haven't tried.

I third 24 Hour Fitness. But don't try to fake the funk in there. We play prison rules.

I've dunked it on every person that's ever played on the enfield courts. I'm not lying.

Every time I ever played at the outdoor courts next to Jester dorm, there was never anyone checking for student IDs.

I would also have to agree with the 24 hr fitness response. Good games, although sometimes it can get a little testy (More arguing than playing, but that happens everywhere!).

Bartholomew Park. I always had fun, and there are none of the uber competitive ******** that seem to congregate at gyms. You can get some good games unless everyone is getting high in their cars.
