Mississippi opened their season today in Arizona against Western Michigan. In a defensive clash the game ended at 21-16 against Mississippi. Don't know if BB pitched or not but another pitcher got the loss. Next game against Arizona State an annual Pac-10 power.

Anyone know why she transferred? Unhappy? Team chemistry?

Also, Torrey Schroeder transferred to NMex St. Why? Thought that was a shame since she was a junior and will not get a degree from Texas.

Torrey opened at NMSU against Nebraska and defeated big red 2-1. The Aggies also beat Nebraska in the second game of a doubleheader.

Nice start for Torrey and the Ags.
