okay, so we've been having trouble with rebounds most of the year. So, with 11.7 seconds left, and you have TWO timeouts remaining, why don't you call a timeout after the first free throw, to put Pittman in, , or just have Pittman go into the game? You still had a chance if he misses the 2nd free throw.

Btw, what was Rick saving those timeouts for? I know he used one of them at 7.2 seconds, but with 11.7, you should have used all but one by then.

From what I can remember Rick has never been one of those micromanagement coaches. I also think the issue of him not using TO's has come up on the board several times when it has backfired.

I think Coach K was using timeouts at the time RB would have used them. Just guessing, though.

I don't think RB wanted to call timeout there because he didn't want Coach K to be able to set up a defense. So Connor was in there over Pittman for his ability to (occasionally) knock down a 3 pointer.

Apparently, RB was yelling at the Ref trying to get the T.O called. The ref was simply just ignoring RB. He even said so in the post-game interview. They told Rick it wasnt a shooting foul, so he put in guys for an inbounds play. Instead, they head to the line and our rebounding guys arent in there. Just one more way the refs ****** Texas.
