Banking Fraud in Iran - Wow

The Iranian application of the death penalty is pretty much off the charts. I was reading that they executed an estimated 360 people in 2011. Texas executed 13 in comparison.

Their legal code has a "three strikes and your out" rule for drinking booze as well.
