Band Section?

Does anyone know what section the Longhorn Band, and the Visitors Band will be located this year? (for ticket planning)

Good info in this link. LHB will continue in Section 30-31 and I am sure that visiting band and fans will continue in Section 119 and 120.

Following their announcement they will not play the "The Eyes" do we even need a band? I understand the argument that it is a "spirit" issue, but I lean toward a, "no Eyes played, then no band needed" position, unless the issue has been resolved and they will play the music. That will also free up something like 300 seats to put paying fans' butts in. Just a thought.

I have not heard this? I thought this was settled.

Even after a thorough investigation and the University stating they could find no underlying racial influence or basis, these little snowflakes want to buck the decision reached by the institution that many have scholarships from?

If this happens and the band doesn't play The Eyes, I guarantee you the BMD's will not only notice, but they will be red HOT Monday when they call Jay Hartzell and threaten to stop giving $$$.

I thought it was settled as well. But, we will know for sure if the band plays or doesn’t play The Eyes before the game.
