I'm sitting here looking at my brand new edition of Baseball America which is the draft preview issue, and he's not even listed in the top 100 prospects.

If it's an agent problem, I don't know who's stupider -- him or the agent?

He's a sophomore isn't he? Which would explain why he's not on your list of prospects.

You're right -- he's a soph. I just searched BA's website for prospect reports on him and got nothing, which makes any agent explanation even less plausible.

Too bad he doesn't play for USC. Talking to agents doesn't seem to be against the rules if you're a Trojan.

Talking with an agent/advisor is a big deal with the NCAA. Being a sophomore ,unless he's 21 , and talking with an agent is really stupid.

that's unfortunate for the rest of his team. I can't imagine what those guys, including Oliver, must be feeling right now. I know Frank gets ejected a lot, but i wouldn't be surprised if the frustration of Oliver's suspension played a part in his ejection last night vs. Wichita State. Andy Oliver let himself down and let his team down.
