Bad for RPI?

Did tech beating Kansas help or hurt our RPI? I am guessing that game did more damage to Kansas than it helped Tech, so I'll guess hurt. On a related note, OU has a falling RPI. Three losses, two without Blake (blind to computers everywhere), and last night their best OOC win Purdue loses at home to Northwestern.
 
A win by a team we face twice coupled with a loss to a team we face once should have a small positive effect on our RPI, since the basic formula is

.25(win pct.) + .5(opps.' win pct) + .25(opps.' opps.' win pct)
