Bad Day For #2 Seeds on Friday

Number 2 seeds went 5-11 on Friday against #3 seeds.

I am trying to figure out what #2 seeds having a bad day yesterday has to do with Bohls.

Between Seton Hall and a respectable game by Princeton, those Jersey Shore boys didn't do too bad. And yes I know Princeton's starter is from Coppell.

Only 2 #2 seeds made it to the Supers - Connecticut and Stanford. 10 #1 seeds made it (including 7 of the 8 national seeds -everyone except Rice), and 4 #3 seeds. No #4 seeds made the Super Regionals.

One #3 seed - either Cal or Dallas Baptist - is guaranteed a spot in the CWS (since they play each other in the Super). Whoever wins that one will be a huge fan favorite in Omaha as a big underdog.
