Just threw 16 of these "poppers" on the grill. I breasted the pheasant that I shot out at Joshua Creek Ranch, cut them up in smaller pieces, marinated them in Tony's, pepper, lemon pepper, etc and then wrapped them with bacon with a slice of cheese and piece of jalapeno inside.
Also having salad and twice baked potatoes.
