Bacon wrapped pheasant with jalapeno and cheese

Just threw 16 of these "poppers" on the grill. I breasted the pheasant that I shot out at Joshua Creek Ranch, cut them up in smaller pieces, marinated them in Tony's, pepper, lemon pepper, etc and then wrapped them with bacon with a slice of cheese and piece of jalapeno inside.

Also having salad and twice baked potatoes.

Pretty damn tasty!!

we do that with dove, too, because dove tastes like **** by itself.

you don't got to do all that crap to good pheasant.

we do that with dove,

2 dove breast, piece of onion, jap slice and wrap in bacon..

Best dove I've ever had was the Dove Nuggets. Pure Heroin.
