BA Preseason All-American Team

Ok they have three teams...5 pitchers on each team = 15 pitchers...3 pitchers are from the Big 12...and Chance Ruffin is not one of them...so they are saying that Ruffin is at best the 4th best pitcher in the Conference....I dont think so.

BA's All-America team is the only thing I really hate about BA.

You make the list by being a great pro prospect, not by being a great college player. It's just stupid.

That’s a great point Beau, and I agree 100%...this list is a great example of that too. You see guys like Volz and Boxberger from SC, who by all accounts have ton of potential but didn’t even have a good season last year.

But even still I am very surprised not to see Ruffin on any of those teams.

But I also love Baseball America's coverage...I listen to their College Baseball podcast every week during the season...it is the best way to keep up with what is going on the national scene.
