Just saw this today ... not sure if it's being run just for Memorial Day, but is a simply awesome commercial. Actually got a little choked up watching it.

No matter what side of the fence you fall on in regard to the war, respect must be given to the brave men/women who serve our country every day.

This commercial 1st aired during the Eagles / Patriots (Super Bowl XXXIX).


I was watching the game at my sister's Sports Bar - and as the commercial played out the entire bar fell SILENT.

When it ended - people stood up and applauded.

Glad to see Americans appreciating the service of their fellow citizens - a far cry from the "welcome" we received as we returned from Southeast Asia in the 70s.
