Avery Bradley on ESPN right now.

Bradley very quick on that turnover. Unfortunately, it was his turnover.

First points scored by Bradley, btw.

I watched him head underneath looking to hook up on an alley-oop and he got caught under the basket when the rebound went the other way...

Something is wrong with both the ball and the court, slippery...I bet that's the new Nike ball. That thing is absolute garbage, impossible to play with. These kids can hardly handle it and keep slipping on the floor as well. Embarrassing for the McDonald's game. Screw the sponsorships and settle for the money you get for having a game on ESPN.

Nice steal by Bradley, then unselfishly passes the ball at the basket on the break, and ends up with a nonshooting foul against him.

Again, it's an all star game, everyone gives up on the play but Bradley hustles back and tries to stop Siva's dunk. He really looks like one of the best guys on the court.

On a side note, I hate the new trend of guys wearing long sleeves like crocker and they big dude playing tonite.

Bradley displaying some speed in pushing the rock down the court. The play-by-play guy obviously never heard of Kevin Durant with his comment about Abdul Gaddy having to stay at least 2 years.

The play-by-play guy is Len Elmore, who obviously didn't know anything about high school hoops. Yes, lets make the kids stay all four years! That's intelligent. What a tool...

TMG...do you know how to pass?

Plumtree...Did you see Bradley standing wide open next to you...yelling to pass the ball so he could shoot an uncontested three?

Ugh...From the little of the game I saw this was the worst case of ballhogging I've seen in an All-Star game. Luckily I was watching USA soccer.

This was one of the worst McD's AA games I've seen over the years. Players slipping all over the place, bad passing, turnovers. This year's game suffers from not having the absolute best players playing. Every year, there are a couple of inclusions that shouldn't be there, considering this is supposed to be the "best" all-star game around. But this year, there seems to be more of those types of players.

Missing John Wall and Jordan Hamilton hurts the quality of the game. I also don't think the Wear twins belong in this game (not to say they won't be good players, though).

I was impressed with:

DeMarcus Cousins - very active, best size of all bigs

Tiny Gallon - showed some good skills...dude needs to actually consider passing sometime

Avery Bradley - terrific athleticism and a good stroke from outside

Michael Snaer - also very active, in the middle of a lot of action

Lance Stephenson - Len Elmore was pretty critical of him, but I actually liked his performance; he was in the middle of all the action down the stretch; doesn't seem like a good outside shooter, though.

Not impressed with:

Abdul Gaddy - probably not his type of game, but he was not effective running the point...plus, he's got an ugly looking stroke.

Xavier Henry - he was okay, but he's supposed to be the #1 player in the country and I am not sure about that at all; passive on offense and not the shooter he's been played up to be.

TMG - for a PG, he's a black hole.

Then, there were a bunch of guys that didn't stand out at all. Plumlee, Ryan Kelly, Milton Jennings. I think Derrick Favors will be great at Tech, but he didn't seem to be doing much...his final numbers obviously earned him MVP, but most of them seemed to be on alley-oop dunks. I have mixed feelings about Renardo Sidney, who showed a good stroke from the outside, good touch overall, and good skills. BUT, as consistent with his scouting report, he doesn't play all that hard and he doesn't bang down low.

TMG led the West in assists. Granted, that amounted to only 4 assists, but still. Bradley had ONE, by comparison.

Gallon was the best player during much of the game. He was going to be MVP, had the West team won.

Bradley looks super-athletic. Favors and Cousins are both really good. I liked Siva, too.

I remember watching Blake in this game during 2007. He didn't really stand out too much, so these games aren't always a good barometer for how good a kid will be at the next level.

Yeah, you definitely can't tell much of anything from these games, but I was impressed with what I saw of Bradley.

Funny that you mentioned the Wears. There was a moment when they were showing stats and the one Wear on the court had 1 rebound and nothing else. Soon after they showed his face and he had the look you always see when a guy realizes he might be in over his head.

OUEngineer....Okay, TMG led the West with 4 assists...But what I usually see in these All-Star games are PG's that really cherish the chance to distribute the ball to all these great players around them. I didnt see that out of him at all. In the last several possessions he barely looked around. On the last possession he got himself trapped into the corner and luckily was able to pass it out to Plumlee. I'm sure TMG is a great player and will have a good career...But if I was a Sooner I would have liked to have seen him display some better passing last night.

That shot he jacked up at the end of the game was just plain selfish. Same with (I think, it was one of the white guys) Kelly's shot at the top of the key when Avery was wide open and screaming for the ball 10 feet away on the wing...

I thought Bradley might end up at PG at Texas. I guess I misread.

Regardless, I take little to nothing from this game. Good or bad. It's a collection of great athletes looking to show-off on national television, not display sound fundamentals or buy into a team concept.

You were the one bragging about TMG's assists compared to Bradley's. A score first PG BETTER have more assists than a score first 2 guard, simply because he has more opportunities to break down the D with his drive and then dish when the D helps. Don't think that a score first PG means score only. DJ Augustin was a score first point but the most dangerous part of his game was breaking down the D and kicking to the open shooter.

Or TMG could just be selfish and throw up a brick 3 without looking to get his equally (or more) talented teammates an open look.

While TMG looked selfish in this game, I don't think of him as a selfish player at all.

I love TMG. My big concern with him is his size. He couldn't close out on shooters because he's short, and he has stubby arms. Also, his hands are small, so when he goes to attack the basket, he's often losing control of the ball on the way up. It limits him.

I still think he's exactly what OU needed. If TMG was on this past Sooner team, my guess is they would still be playing.

I liked some of the things Gallon showed, too. He's still a lazy POS, but maybe Capel can get the best out of him.
