Try Kiwi Wash. One time fee (normal prices) and then you can get them to come back as many times as you want over the next year for cheap (~$50 for a 2000sf house).

I'm looking for one too, but since our rental house is a ********, and the management is making us show receipts of carpet cleaning, I would like the shadiest, cheapest carpet cleaner in the city. Someone that will be in and out in less than 20 minutes.
