Where is a good place to find a mason to morter some limestone that I have already dry stacked into place - Three flower beds

In the past I went to the home depot at St. John's for day laborers, is that still around?

Or is there a better place or does anyone know of someone.

They created an "official" day labor place across the Interstate from that Home Depot, more or less directly across the highway. Or you try the Masonic Lodge on Loop 360, lots of masons there.
