according to the City Council, we don't have enough hip hop clubs and they're going to pass a huge bond election to raise money to build some more. OTOH , I think the Swedish experience is lacking severely in Austin and something must be done soon or young Swedes are going to quit moving here.

God forbid market demand decide what bars/restaurants exist in this city. Didn't they try this method with Don Limon's? That worked out well.
