Austin Fine Floors - Anyone used?

Had a bid created for new flooring that suggested I use Austin Fine Floors for hardwood. Anyone used before? Or heard anything about them?

Also, thinking about putting engineered hardwood in the hallways and main room since I think real hardwood would be more expensive then I would get out of the house when I sell (this is a starter home). Am I making the right choice?

I used them to put wood floors in my house. They were prompt and I had no problems. Their installer John (not sure of last name) did my work and you could tell that guy is a pro's pro. Request him as a condition of your sale.
