any list that doesn't include a las manitas bean and cheese needs to be blown up with dynamite

1. refried beans (which are made from clouds, they are incredible)
2. white cheese
3. pickled jalapenos
4. salsa (which is the best in the universe, by far)
5. on a homemade tortilla

it is so good, it doesnt make sense

any answer to the contrary means you have never had it.

Bean and cheese is a burrito. It must have eggs to qualify as a breakfast taco. That said, I'm a fan of Las Manitas.

my fave is prolly chorizo, potatoe, beans and cheese and that is absolutely a breakfast taco, even in the afternoon

Chorizo, bean and cheese out at Jim Bobs at the 71-Bee Caves split is heaven. It does not contain eggs, but it damn well is a breakfast taco. It has saved my life on a number of occasions. Though I am pretty sure it has ruined some of my underwear.
