Blazers pick 13. Most of the mock drafts have him going to the Pacers at 11. There are a bunch of point guards and combo guards ranked ahead of him. If some of those teams end up going big, he could slide a bit.

The only thing that worries me about them gushing like that is posturing. Why would they lay their hand out like that if they were serious about moving up. Now every team knows they want him and will try to make Portland sweeten the deal.

That being said, Dj IS that good and he is going to be great in the league.

as much as I'd love to see it, I don't think it will happen.

Westbrook seems to have moved ahead of DJ -- in terms of PG. while I somewhat question the assessment, it seems to be uniform. evidently most scouts are seeing him as an athletic, playmaker type who will be able to defend both guard positions.

so DJ is likely to fall to Indiana at 11. if not, Sacramento at 12 wouldn't be a shocker either.

that said, I'd love to see DJ go to the blazers. they're going to be a very good team soon. Kevin Pritchard is a smart dude.

I'd love to see him on Portland or Sacramento - the Blazers moreso just b/c him teamed with Aldridge would be awesome.
