Augie's favorite Omaha restaurant?

Does anyone recall what Augie Garrido's favorite restaurant in Omaha is? I read an article a while back, but it's gone now. I'm looking to have one "fine dining" experience at the CWS, and figure this might as well be it.

IIRC and FYI , the Lo Sole Mio owner and his goombah sons were the dudes in the fist fight at the Big 12 FB Champ game in 1998 or 99

Mr. C's used to be the place during the Gus years. The place was lit up like a Christmas tree. I can't remember how good the Italian food was though. I really need to get back to Omaha.

We ate at Mr. C's after the 2005 Title. It was fantastic. Nothing but Texas fans in the joint.

I miss the place.

Not Augie's recommendation, but I used spent a lot of time in Omaha for work. Former boss had lived there and swore by Mahogany Prime for steak. It was amazing. Had the bone-in filet. Went to dinner with a guy that used to grade beef for the USDA. Guy ate steak six times a week (not related to his job duties) and swore it was the best steak he's ever had. Mahogany Prime is expensive, but oh so good!

I thought you was askin what the Aggies favert place to eat in Omaha was... and well... the few times we been there I reckon we always had BBQ.

I thank it's always been at the 2 and BBQ. Good place. They get ya in and out in no time. The servings of red-*** ribs come with a side of humility. The portions is grand. We get 'em ever time.

Upstream Brewing Company-excellent steaks and their beer is the bomb.

I ordered a steak medium rare and it came out slightly past medium and the waitress at the bar whisked it away and brought me a new one-perfect this time-without me saying anything. It's so busy now though that no one goes there anymore.
