Article on Aledo's Johnathan Gray

The aggies are afraid he'll be on BevoTV weekly. That doesn't seem quit right to me either. Maybe it's much ado about nothing

Yes, he will be in Austin Feb 12th.

From a friend of mine who has a son that plays for Aledo with Gray says he is all class, smart as heck and seems to have a pretty good handle on what is happening all around him. And according to him, it's all a testament to his father & mother.

Sounds like an awesome young man. Absolutely silly with talent and my hopes are that we get first look from him. Gray & Brown would make the "Thunder & Lightening" moniker mere child's play.

who is j. gray most like that we've had in recent years. He seems bigger than a jamal charles but much faster than a cedric benson (although he wears #32!!!). I'm sure there are a lot of people that hate it when fans try to pigeon-hole recruits into previous players' skill sets, but hey a brother's gotta ask.

My Nephew is the JV QB on that team and says the same thing about him. I was at the State Champ game last year in Austin and sat in front of the Gray family and there were four boys about 6-12 years old with the family and every one of them had on Longhorn shirts. It made me hopeful.

Maybe we can get some of those Aledo lineman who are opening up those holes Gray is running through as well...

Not as fast as Charles. Looks quicker to the hole than Benson but not as strong inside runner. He's Darryl Scott, only better....

His State Championship game was just sick. This kid will be a star wherever he goes. He sounds like an All-American type kid off the field as well. Congrats to his parents!!!!

I would absolutely love to get Gray....he not has talent, he has that "it" factor that sets him apart from other backs.
