Seems like we are right where we want to be. Some amazing commits, laying the foundation (having addressed specific needswith top players, coaches can be even more focused on speific targets) and flexibility for more amazing commits over the coming months.
It is probably up to individual players now - they have an offer and are thinking it over. I'd guess that a couple of them by the end of the month pull the trigger. Of course there is another Junior Day in a couple of weeks, too.
I'm thinking one more from this weekend's Junior Day before the weekend is over, and possibly two beyond that from this weekend when all is said and done. You can fill in the blanks on the names.
I think one or two will come around before next weekend. just a hunch; not inside info.
I will say that Hutchins is my favorite of the OL recruits in terms of temperament and upside. He needs to hit the training table and weight room. At 250-260, he'll RS, obviously, but I think he could add 30-40 in good weight and be a nasty guard. Doyle and Cochran are bigger projects. We really need to get after Westerman and Flowers, especially if Walters isn't ready to go next season.
I'm disappointed that Wallace and/or Edmond didn't pull the trigger. I don't know what to think about Malcolm Brown.
