Appliance Repair - Houston

We've got a dryer not heating. Naturally, I suspect the heating element is toast. Need a repairman to come out I guess. We're on the far NW side (Cypress). Anybody have a reccomendation before I go randomly call somebody out of the phone book?

I called GE to fix my fridge the other day. They were very professional and it cost about $80.

What brand is it?

Try FM1960 Appliance Heating & AC. I think they're in the Champions area. I used them for lots of stuff over a 10 year period and they did a good job. Haven't used them in the last 2 years though.
