This is a Senior Developer / Technical Lead position for the Web Services Group. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the effort and delivering solutions for the following platforms / technologies:
Microsoft Web-based applications using ASP.NET, C#, html, javascript, css, ajax, etc.
Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 / Windows SharePoint Services 2.0
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 / Windows SharePoint Services 3.0
K2.net 2003 / K2[blackpearl]
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Global Manager of the Web Services Group to define strategy and direction for solutions and service offerings based on these and future technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver solutions based on these technologies as identifed and scheduled with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver solutions either individually or through the leadership of a small group of developers.
Overall C# Development experience 5+ years.
Minimum of 7 years overall application development experience.
Overall working Knowledge of the Microsoft Platform (Windows Server 2003 / Exchange 2007 / ISA / SQL Server 2005)
.NET 2.0 Framework experience
Custom web part development experience.
Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 customization experience.
Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 deployment experience.
Familiar with SPS 2003 Branding of CSS style sheets and Site Templates
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 customization experience.
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 deployment experience.
Familiar with MOSS 2007 Branding of CSS style sheets and Site Templates
Experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems
Prefer Microsoft Certification of MCSD or MCPD (MCAD possibly) or equivalent experience
Experience developing solutions that utilize Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Knowledge of Windows Communication Foundation (Practical experience desired, but not necessary if candidate can demonstrate significant Understanding of UML
Understanding of full SDLC
Experience working in a small team in an agile manner
Strong Communication skills
