Thoughts: I'd put aOSU at #1. Despite their setback, I'd have OU ahead of Florida, Oregon, Ga, and Utah. ND should have dropped further. I think Wisconsin would best ND in a head to head matchup. I'm not sold on App. St., Wake F., or San Diego St. While I suspect it's only a matter of time before Minnesota starts dropping games, they keep winning and winning and deserve their current ranking. I'd like to see SMU higher, but I'm not sure they're actually better than the higher ranked teams.

Wow, Horns dropped completely out of the Top 25... I guess I should not be surprised after losing to an unranked 3-3 team.

I thought ou would drop further than they did at #10.

Haven't looked at their remaining schedule but I suspect the 8-0 Golden Gophers will start losing a few games as they finish out their regular season conference games against some tougher competition.

The polls love OU as they should. Just like when we beat them last year, they will probably pretty much steamroll everyone from here and not let off the gas and score 50-60+ per game, win the Big XII, celebrate their 3rd consecutive Heisman winner and be right back in the top 4 so they can get into and lose in the CFP. That is Sooner Football. Wish we could get to and lose in the CFP. Would be better than the crap product we have now, but I digress...

It was a gift for Texas to stay at 15 last week after KU, so dropping out this week is fair IMO.

Yeah, they're back loaded. They won't get through Penn State, Iowa, and Wisconsin unscathed. Still, great year for the Gophers so far. They're a poor man's Iowa, who in turn is a poor man's Wisconsin, who in turn is a poor man's Michigan.

Really is... and of course it's light years ahead of us.

Nice one. I couldn't have put it better myself. :smile1:

Unfortunately, and until they prove otherwise, in recent years Michigan has been a poor man's Ohio State. I hope that changes, but I'm just telling it like it is.
