What is wrong with voters for these two polls?

Texas beat OU twice during the regular season.
The last Texas Win over OU was by more than 20 pts AT their house and it was recent.
 
This is being discussed in the 2022- 2023 Season Thread. And I agree wholeheartedly with your take.
