Anyone watch summer play in Gregory?

For us out of town types, what UT players did you spot in the "pickup" games on campus this summer? Who looked good? Any indications as to who may be stepping up their game this coming season? What frosh look like they might get significant playing time?

They usually play at the practice facility(Cooley Pavilion) so doubtful anyone has seen them play.

The scrimmages in Cooley are almost always off limits, I believe.

sucks for the kids on campus during the summers these days, my days on campus during the summer not only could you watch but you could get in the games. Sounds like now unless you are a true baller your left outside.

Was Cooley built/finished when you were on campus?

I remember summer games in Rec Sports Center with Klotz and Boddicker, so it must have been like 2000-01 or maybe 01-02 when I watched those. No one cared if you stopped to watch a little.

TJ famously hurt his neck/back in a pick-up game with Royal Ivey and a bunch of students at Gregory. Luckily it was Royal's fault or someone might have been expelled . . .
