Anyone stayed at Ark Bunkhouse in Fredericksburg?

My wife and I are getting away for a few days to Fredericksburg and are booked at a place called Ark Bunkhouse. It looks pretty cool. Unlike most of the other B&Bs in the area, this one is a barn converted into a single, private accommodation so that the guests have the run of whole place to themselves. Was wondering if anyone has stayed there.

Also, I've been to and through Fredericksburg a few times, but have never stayed there, so I would like to get some restaurant ideas. We'll probably do one evening of fine dining/wine, etc, but for lunches breakfasts, and other dinners, we're looking for good 'ol Texas soul food; 'cue, Tex-Mex, and home cooking. Would greatly appreciate any recommendations y'all may have!

we go to fred every october for our anniversary. nice places to eat include the nest, bonterra, cotton gin, navajo grill, august e''s. hilltop is good ol' texas cooking - chicken fried steak, etc. that would be a good lunch or breakfast place. other good lunch spots include auslander - good german food. fred is not the place for texmex or soul food. navajo grill is as close to texmex, and hilltop as close to soul food as you'll get. no bbq either.
