Strange, the link works for me. Anyway someone on another board figured it out. It's a scupture in Fleming Park near Rice.

I was going to guess West U based on the trees in the background. Is it art, or is a birdhouse? Or, both?

Upon further browser testing, the link opens in IE and Opera, but doesn't in Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
