Anyone Play at River Place?

I am going to play at River Place in a couple of weeks with a client and this will be the first time to play the course. Has anyone played there before who can tell me what to expect?

played out there about 3 weeks ago. Course is in decent shape. Greens ok, fairways nice.

Not too terribly long of a course, but there is tons of OB. If you're not keeping it in or near the fairway, it may be a long day.

Overall a good, not great course.

bring a lot of balls.

very nice course, very hilly. it's in decent shape right now, save 2 holes with temp greens. unpainted and i played there a couple weeks ago. rough is very deep on some holes, hence my advice to bring a lot of balls.

Thanks I think. I had been warned by a friend not even to take the driver and get ready to lose a dozen balls, but I had to verify the bad news.

if you're able to keep it in the fairway, the course is actually not that difficult. I've had bad days out there, and then shot two of my best rounds ever on other occasions (+2)

Sure, throw some damn qualifier in there like staying in the fairway. Why don't you just ask me to do the impossible and not give away any strokes on the green while I am at it.

Seriously, thanks for the info and I am looking forward to playing. Any time on the course beats the office.
