anyone know how to make screensavers?

I'm wanting to put together my Rose Bowl pics and make a screen saver out of them. Any clue?

What I do is put all my longhorn pics in "My Pictures" and then make my screensaver a slidshow of that folder. Works like a charm.

I have the pics in a folder, but not sure how to make a slideshow.

I believe your photo software needs to have the screen saver option. Right click your screen, choose properties, then screen saver. Click screen saver at the middle of the properties box. You will get serveral options, one hopefully is your photo program. You will need learn how to set up a photo library (file) through your photo program.

At least, thats how it works on my machine.

If you're using WIndows XP, go to your control panel.

Click Display
Click on Screensavers tab
On the scroll thingy on the left, select My Picture Slideshow
Click on Settings
Select the directory where you have your photos
Click OK at the bottom

If you don't have XP, just do a google search for a "free customizable screensaver" or something like that. I know there are a few out there.
