Anyone Having Redbox Problems

I love the concept of on-line reservations, etc. The problem that I have been having is that the machine isn't picking up my return, I get charged for an extra night and I have to argue with them by e-mail about when it was returned. This has happened at several locations so it is not just a matter of one faulty machine. Anyone else having problems?

Never have had that problem, my main issue is when I want to return a movie and the idiots in line in front of me take 15 minutes to decide what movie they are getting, then another 5 to dig through their wallet for a credit card. What, you had no idea you might need your credit card at a movie vending machine?

I'd probably rent a lot more from those guys if they had a side slot just for returns. The extra 4 dollars I pay for ppv to directv is worth not having to wait on them.
