Anyone ever made suppli?

I had it on a recent trip to Rome and it was very good. It didn't look like it was hard to make, but I've never tried it. Anyone?

Made it this past weekend and it was awesome. I couldn't stop eating it. I might add some peppers next time, but I like the spice. Try them.
